Strange twitching

Hi everyone. I have a question about my nerves and I am wondering if it is anxiety or not.  I had a genital herpes scare about 10 weeks ago, unprotected oral from prostitute. Since then I have been under all types of worry and stress. I had a bit of back pain in week 3, and this week I ran down some stairs and tweaked my back again and I felt cramp in my right leg. Ever since then I have been feeling a random vibration in my right leg and my muscles have been twitching non stop. Like non stop. Around week 7 a very heavy steel beam landed on my right leg and I still feel a sort of bruised spot where it landed around my ankle on the inside. I have no idea if this is related but I have never felt these types of nerve feelings in my legs before. Could this accident induced this weird nerve vibration? I feel muscles moving up behind my right thigh too. Thanks
