Stress Induced Seizures?

I've been having what I call 'stress induced seizures' since I was 12. Anytime I come under a lot of stress, whether it's at work or home, I pass out without warning. No shaking, no biting my tongue, nothing of that sort. Just a dead faint (yes, like in the movies). After a few moments, I wake up and I'm fine until the next one occurs. I usually don't remember having it afterwards, unless someone tells me I've had one. Now that I've gotten older, I've found it usually happens around the time of my period. I start to feel dizzy, and if I'm not sitting down, I will pass out. I have found out that anemia runs in my family, so could this - coupled with the blood loss during my period - be bringing these on?

I have been to every doctor imaginable (neurologists, family doctors, and any type of mental doctor they can dig up) and have been through a ton of tests (EEG, CAT scan, EKG, stress test, etc) with no conclusive results or normal results. One doctor I've seen even so much as told me I'm imagining it or it's all in my head (I highly doubt it since seizures run in my family on my father's side). I had been taking Dilantin for this until a doctor I saw (a total of one time) took me off of it, saying it could make things worse (in my opinion, it made things better, but he's the professional, I suppose).

If anyone needs more information, I would be glad to give them anything I can remember. If anyone can give me any insight, I would definately appreciate it. :)

I'm still on Wellbutrin XL, Zoloft, & Klonopin. I still see both a Neurologist & Psychiatrist at the new IU Health Neuroscience Center, in Indianapolis, IN

my son started off not have these same symptoms at 6 only one time. and at the age of 14 he started again sitting or standing now at the age of 16 he's had two and he is clenching his hands and legs now no one is telling me anything going very soon to see a neurologist because er physicians thinks they are a history of seizures and everytime he is stressed or getting fussed at he seems to worsen. very strange.

I was diagnosed with that & Chemical Imbalance, by Dr. Amit Anand, Psychiatrist, at IUPUI Medical Center, Indianapolis,IN,several years ago after having them since age 4. Before, I was under the care of a Neurologist, same location. Edward, Bedford, IN 47421

MY DAUGHTER JUST GOT TOLD SHE IS HAVING THESE BUT SHE DOES NOT JUST PASS OUT SHE SHAKES LIKE A REAL SEIZURE. LIKE U WE R GOING THROUGH CAT SCANS,EEGS,MRIS

In addition to this, I also have ADD, if that makes any difference. :)
