Stroke or maybe heart attack?

A few years ago I was in the shower, and all of a sudden it felt like my whole chest flipped over, and GOD grabbed me and took the breathe out of me, then let go, I felt like I was gonna pass out, I had a "white out", I turned purple. I sat on the floor for a while trying to clear the fog out of my head. It scared the hell out of me. But, I didn't go to the hospital. But, now it seems I have worse anxiety, depression, constant trembling, rage for no reason, confused easy, short term memory. Could this have been a heart attack or a stroke?

Thanks for posting.
It is difficult to tell without a complete clinical evaluation because these symptoms could be due to panic attack, heart disease or a mild stroke like TIA.
I would urge you to get a clinical evaluation done. In the meantime do some deep breathing exercises to keep anxiety and stress and under control.
