Hi,

Are these throbbing, dull or burning type of headaches? Since when are you having them?
There can be many causes of headaches like high blood pressure, low blood sugar, dehydration, poor eyesight, anemia, sinusitis, stress and anxiety.
Do you have any accompanying symptoms?
I would suggest you to take OTC pain killers, sleep for at least 8 hrs and eat regularly, maintain hydration and do some physical exercise every day. If symptoms do not improve please consult a headache specialist.
