Sudden headaches, numbness, disorientation

I'm 19 and in the past week I've suddenly developed some strange symptoms.

The other day, a friend of ours whose been battling esophagus cancer found out it had spread to her brain and she now had a brain tumor as well. I did a good amount of research on brain tumors and I'm pretty concerned. The day she found out, I developed a headache, a dull sort of numb and tingly headache, unlike something I'd felt before. It seemed to be in a different area I checked and came and went.  That was 4-5 days ago. Now the head ache is almost constant and it's accompanied by a feelings of disorientation and dizziness. Almost like the world isn't real or something or there's a glass sheet in front of my brain.  The best way to describe the head ache is like the inside of my head is expanding or something. I feel it right above my eyes and in my forehead, but also putting pressure on the top and my ears as well. My ears have not been popping regularly. When I massage my sinuses on the left side cheek, I feel a slight release in the pressure.  The numb and disoriented sensation of dizziness are pretty frightening though.  I feel very out of it but these symptoms all feel rather sudden.

I often get headaches years before this happened when I laid down or leaned over. Now they are even more severe the past few days

As far as other brain tumor symptoms, I do NOT have the nasaeau, vomiting, etc. But I have been a little forgetful in the past week and I'm kind of concerned. What should I do?

A bit about me: Anxiety disorer, OCD. Prescribed to propecia for hair loss and zanex for panic attacks.  What do I have now? I don't think I could have contracted lymes disease. I know if they give me an MRI I'm worried about the results.
