I'm not sure my problems fit into this category but I've tried everything else.  I've had abdominal problems for years and no one seems to know what the cause is.  
But along with the abdominal pain comes a lot of other peculiar symptoms that I'm wondering might be caused from something else.  My main concern is my sleepiness.  I will have
attacks of mid to lower back pain, muscle aches, joint pain, chills, headaches, bone pain(femur and upper arm), diarrhea and a "foggy-head" with extreme sleepiness.  All these symptoms can come on gradually
or suddenly, but I am always tired enough to sleep, regardless of my energy level before.  These symptoms can stand alone or are accompanied by the abdominal pain(upper left quadrant).  I've even had just chills and body shakes alone on a number of occasions.  
And I might add that this was uncontrollable shaking, or vibrating that lasted for 15-20 minutes then went away.  I've had all the G.I. work done to rule out anything structural and I've had countless blood tests, urine tests and still no answers.
I'm extremely fatiqued and 75% of the time I feel pretty lousy.  I always have an ache somewhere.  I've never had my thyroid checked and wondered if this could be hormonal, gland excretion, etc.  I'm a 29 year old male with a family history of arthritis, thyroid problems,
high blood pressure and cancer.
