Syncope and abnormal EEG

I been having constant headcahes and dizzynes, that with time have been getting worse.
About 3 months ago I passed out and collapsed.
Went to my pcp and evrything was ok.
Wel last month went again, and once more they wanted to give me pain meds, i told the doctor that i did not want, i wanted them to found the cause.
He sent me to a Neurologist.
I did the TTT and it was normal, the houlter was also ok, now my EEG came back abnormal with spikes on temporal lobe, both side.
I have a ct and MRI schedules, but doctor wants me to go on Lamactil.
I spoke to another doctor(family menber) that said that we don't treat based on EEG. Now the doctor said that i am predisposed for seizures and that i should go on the meds, before i have a serious episode, he believes that when i passed out it was a seizure.
I still want to have another kid, i am 33. I don't know what to do.
Could this abnormal EEg be actually showing the possibilities of seizures?
please tell me what do you see, and think?
i appreciate it very much.

My 15 year old just had a sleep deprived eeg, and after he had to blow on this pinwheel for 3min, his hands got all like cramped up, his hands went numb, and he was out of it. Was this a seizure???
