  Sorry,I forgot to mention in my previous post that i am getting a lot of muscle fasciculations (legs,abdomen,back,arms,right eyelid) and muscle spasms and cramps.

I think I saw that someone else has answered this question. If not, please post a fresh message and include everything so the newest message does not rely on any older messages for complete content (you can use cut and paste Edit functions to avoid typing). Unfortunately, when one message refers to an earlier post, there are strays which get left behind, and sometimes the response to the original message is delayed. The desirable way to post an addendum is as a reply in the chain of the original message.
