T-4 injury symptoms

T-4 injury symptoms

I have had two pain attacks in the past month where out of the blue I begin having pain in my back and down both arms (approx level of t4). The pain is a 10 and radiates to the front of my chest. The pain is so intense I vomit, almost faint and causes my hands to curl inward. The skin on my arms changes color and the veins bulge on my hands.

The first time this happened I was admitted for possible cardiac issue and all tests were negative. The second time my doctor gave me a rx for a mri and I will schedule this asap. My question is could there be a vascular issue or some other reason for this that is being overlooked. I was told in the hospital it was esophageal spasm. I find that hard to believe.

Thank you
