T2 MRI

I am currently being treated for chronic migraine, but due to continued bouts of dizziness & vertigo and constant fullness in my right ear, we had an mri done to rule out inner ear issues.  I almost had a terrible crash due to experiencing vertigo while driving.  We received the report, and before proceeding with the next steps, I wanted to get a second opinion.  I posted a couple T2 images:

The question is whether the enhancement on the right side could affect the nerves near the cpa.  Thanks in advance and have a good day.
