Hi,
You should not worry about the MRI because your  symptomes are anatomically not inkeeping with it , And the final and the important  saying will be for the sensory part of the neurological exam, as well as few others (Neurological terms) like any
1-visual field cuts,
2- Eyelid apraxia
3-extinction (Visual, auditory , and somatosensory stimulation)
4- any type of left hemineglect (you will be asked to draw or write or cross
   lines..ext)
If these are normal then the MRI should be repeated in 6 or even 12 months

About the heaviness in the back of your neck? it would have worried me if your MRI spoted any thing at the Foramina Magnum (the big opening in the skull for the lower part of the brainstem to connect with the spinal cord) especially  with the "getting these electric like tingling impulses throughout my body (everywhere except for my anterior trunk and groin) " again here the physical examination will show if you have any abnormalities could warrant doing an MRI with GD (of your spine)

About the isolated low phosphorus (I assume the calcium is normal since you did not mention it!), its nonspecific as it could happen in a hyperventilation with anxiety when you are surrounded by ER doctors, or if the nurse took the blood sample from a vein near the IV line...so the level should be repeated.
A mild elevated WBC (I assume you had no fever, sore throat, or having your peroid..I mean any possible physiological stress..sur being in ER its a stress) is not significant too

Lhermitte sign, a neck flexion-induced electrical shock down the chest, and frequently into the arms, indicates worrisome cord compression and the patient's high vulnerability to further injury with motion.

I'm not sure why  my post is not complete?...If you want to be more specific with your neurologist you could say you are worried as thes electrical shock could be Lhermitte sign

   Hope this is helpful
