Temple Pain

Whenever I touch my right side temple closer towards my frontal lobe it hurts.  It only hurts when it is touched.  Should I be concerned and what is this?

It could be neuralgia or TMJ.

TMJ is basically grinding of the teeth, clenching of the jaw, etc.
It can cause much grief in the jaw and surrounding areas.

Neuralgia is a sharp, shocking pain that follows the path of a nerve and is due to irritation or damage to the nerve.

Some migraine sufferers and headache sufferers get pains there too, even when not experiencing the headache pains.

Sometimes your sinuses can affect that area too.

I wouldn't be too worried about it unless you start to develop more symptoms, or if the pain worsens without touching.
