Temple pulsating sensation

For the past 3 days I have noticed that I get this weird sensation at the sides of my head next to the temples. Its like a pulsating feeling that I can feel inside as well as with my hand when I place it there. It does not pulsate the same as my heart rythm and it happens mostly on the right side. I am concerned but I'm not sure if I should call my neurologist, which whom I just saw last week. I am on seizure meds. as well as a sleep aid and anti-depression meds. I hope someone can help me.
