tibal is generally around the shin/calf muscle and plantar is the nerves that run through the heel into the lower arches of the foot. electrodiagnostic, did you have an EMG? I'm not a doctor, but I have been having nueropathy of my extremities and have undergone a long series of tests and had to do much research on my own for answers, plus, thank god, my neurologist will spend extra time explaining things to me.
I'm guessing electrodiagnostic evidence means that the signal to your muscles is delayed or distorted (traveling down other nerve paths) causing them to claim evidence of trauma to the left lower extremity.
I hope this helps.
Sorry never did say I was a Dr. but I should have recognized the word tibal , plantar nerves and left lower limb.
Sorry again for the misinformation.
It means you have nerve damage in your left lower leg from a trauma or injury. This would include a herniated disc or back problem that damaged the nerve.
sounds like a painful palm.
