Thoracic Hydromyelia, Type 1 Atlantooccipital Dislocation

My daughter passed away 3 months ago and I have been researching and researching the information that was written in her medical files form the day she passed as a result of a fall and subsequent subdural hematoma.
It is gnawing at my heart that there were so many pressxisting conditions listed that I was never informed of.
Thoracic Hydromyelia
Chronic subdural Hygroma
Chronic SUbdrual Hematoma
Type 1 Atlantooccipital dislocation
Enlarged Central Spinal Cavity
Benign Enlargement of the Subarachoid Spaces
To name a few...please help me understand what happened to my baby.
I am desperate......
