Thought i had a gastro issue and now specialist wants me to see neurologist

well beginning of 2011 doctor told me i had migraines had them for a few months and then they went away. 3 months ago i started with a sick to my stomach feeling which(tums) anti acids helped. Eventually it got worse (few weeks later) where i started with nausea and vomitting any time of day or night, full stomach or empty stomach. and these past two weeks ive started with a sore body all over just hurts (one night i had to take the covers off my legs they hurt so bad.) but i do take 12 hour fast acting gravol which helps releave the symptoms a bit, sometimes i do still vomit and i still have a (gut rot) feeling threw out the day. i havent started any medications or changed my diet prior to these symptoms. ( i try to avoid greasy, spicy foods and alcohol.as recommended) ive had blood work which came up fine and an ultra sound that im waiting to hear the results. . i also have been burping alot lately. and have a loss of appetite for a few weeks now. if i eat anything to fillin i feel nausea now as well. Had a scope feb 14th stomach came up red but all seemed well specialist sent paper work to family doctor and wants me to see neurologist. i still have nausea and vomitting occasionally. headaches and dizziness loss of appetite. but i never thought anything of it before this past 2-3 days more so then ever before i have stuttered and saying the wrong words and cant remember alot. ? any ideas or is it just stress?

  Do u have a copy of the report?...and the CT scan?....if not, go to or call the facility and request the copies and have another Dr review it for u.

i had a cat scan done on my head before the ultra sound  and it came up clear if that helps.

  Did they do a MRI of her cervical spine and brain...to make sure there was no effects from the fall?...the fact they r sending u to a NL indicates a neuro issue that could be the result of the fall.....

  If that is the case it could also be part of ur stomach issues as well

i also forgot to mention december 2010 i slipped on ice and hit my head. doctor said i had a minor concussion .
