Tic Disorder

Hello,


I really need some help in some questions I should be asking my sons neurologist when I go in this week about his tics. And also is there any test I should have him do to rule out any other things that could be causing the tics? Please help me I feel so lost in all of this?????

Hello.

Tics do not appear in sleep. And tics are repetitive movements. A person with tics can consciously try to stop them, but only for a few minutes.

You can ask the neurologist to diagnose the type of tics.

What are his symptoms ?

My son is 17yr & starts jerking his head right after those rides in the theme park., any help?
