Tingling and Numbness in right arm

My MRI states that I have mild and stable cervical spondylosis.  My C5-C6 I have a mild diffuse disc bulge with mild effacement to the anterior CSF space, with no stenosis.  My C6-C7 I have a mild disc bulge with bilateral foramina narrowing, with canal stenosis.  My symptoms are neck pain that radiates into right should down my arm into my index finger.  The NS I am seeing says that there is nothing he can do?  I have tried PT, Chiropractor, Massage.  I also am taking 800mg of Ibuprofen 3 times a day and I also take Neurontin 300mg 3 x a day.  My NS has no referred me to a neurologist.  Can someone please explain to me what is going on?  This is very frustrating to me.

Your case is similar to mine except that I did not have much pain.  I too had disc bulges C4,C5 and suffered the same way.
I found miracle cure in homeopathy.  Consult a good homeopathic doctor and I am sure you will be cured completely forever.
All the best to you

Thank you for your question. Although without being able to examine you I can not offer you the specific advice on diagnosis and treatment that you need, but I would try to provide you some relevant information about your health concern.

Most likely your symptoms may be due to Cervical spondylosis or due to irritation in the cervical (neck) spine because of injury/prolapse where contact between the edges of the vertebrae can cause neck pain. In few people, this pain may be referred and perceived as occurring in the back of head, shoulders, arms or chest, rather than just the neck. Other symptoms may include vertigo, nausea (dizziness) and tingling/numbness that you felt. Other symptoms are like neck pain and stiffness can be intermittent. It will be best that you consult a neurologist who would like to prescribe Pain killers, steroid and muscle relaxants. Other treatments could be cervical orthosis such as a soft cervical collar/stiffer neck brace to restrict neck movement. In addition, cervical traction may also be suggested by the doctor, if condition is severe. Hope this helps.
