2 days ago on my job I carried a lot of equipment around all day [on my shoulder, lifting]. Then in the morning the next day I went to reach for something and I had a shooting sensation from down my arm up into my palm of my hand and thumb. Everything feels relatively fine unless I stretch my arm out. When this happens I get the numb/tingling sensation in my palm of my hand and thumb [like its asleep]. My grip/strength in that hand and arm is fine and I feel fine otherwise
My shoulder does make almost a clicking noise when i move it certain ways. Could this be a pinched nerve or something more serious. I do a lot of work on computers too - Carpal Tunnel? Thanks so much!
