Tingling in the bottom of my feet and back of legs

Hello All,

I have a quick questions for a couple of weeks now on/off i have tingling in the bottom of my feet and back of legs.  It went away for a week and then came back.  It usually comes when I'm sitting down and then dissapates if I'm standing up.  Had an EMG done and it is negative.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hello Dear,
You should get your blood glucose levels checked as the numbness  could be due to diabetic neuropathy. Also consult a neurologist and go in for a MRI to exclude the possibility of spinal stenosis, herniated disc or nerve compression. You can take vitamin B supplementation which prevents demyleination of nerves.
