It may be more serious and you should have gotten a CT scan of your head done when you were in the ER.
The fact that your episode occurred with the onset of a bad headache makes me think you may have suffered a migraine headache, as these can cause symptoms ranging from facial paralysis to dizziness to transient ischemic attacks (aka "mini-strokes"). Does anyone in your family have a history of migraines? Have you gotten bad headaches in the past?
It sounds like you need to be under the care of a neurologist, regardless, so I urge you to make an appointment with one as soon as possible! Serious or not, you can't be sure until you've been properly evaluated.
