Tingling sensation

Tingling sensation

While urinating I am experiencing a tingling and pins & needle sensation on my upper left back and neck.  Sometimes very severe.  This happens only when I am urinating either standing or sitting, not at any other time.

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the symptoms. The discomfort is likely to be referred from the GU tract. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GU infections, inflammations, trauma, erosions, ulcers, growths/ masses, neuro-muscular causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
