Tingly feeling in my right thigh only when lying down
I get a tingly feeling in the front of my left thigh only when lying down.  My leg does not fall asleep or go numb.  It is just a mild tingly feeling.  It is not painful whatsoever but more of a nuisance.  Any suggestions on what may be causing this?  As soon as I stand up it is fine.  I am slightly concerned that it might be something bigger but not sure.  Is a neurologist the best specialist to see?  Would my internist be able to diagnose the issue.

I have read that pain in the lumbar might be pinching nerves in the thigh but my back is fine.
