Tinnitus and headaches

Hello,
In the new year i found i had a ringing in my right ear. My GP told me it was due to a wax build up, thus i had my ear syringed.  Currently, i still have the riniging, but its only noticeable when i stop and think about it.  The riniging is now in both ears, but again rather quiet and i can comfortably live with it right now :)  This week i have had a pain behind my eyes and on the top of my head which can go to back of my neck.  i assume this could be a tension headache, which can make the hissing in my ear louder.
I am seeing my GP on wednesday, but any suggestions?
i also wonder if i have mild CO2 poisoning, as my room had the highest level of carbon monoxide my gas fitter had ever deteced, im lucky to be alive apparently :)
Many thanks in advance

Ps, my sleeping has not beebn very good this week either.

I have carbon monoxide poisoning and I now have ringing in the ears which brings on vertigo.

Any high level exposure needs to be addressed. I was exposed for 8 months straight 11 years ago.

I have been severely ill since. So if you have any doubt please have it checked out.

Hi Dear

The ringing in the ears (tinnitus) could be due to the presence of wax in the ear, ear infection, trauma to the ear, loud noise, and other rare causes including Meniere's disease and brain tumor. In your case, it appears to be due to the presence of wax as the symptoms improved after the wax was removed.

The headache that you are experiencing could be due to the high level of stress that you are taking. Hence, please relax, and do not worry about carbon monoxide poisoning. It surely is not the case. However, do visit your GP to clear all doubts.
