To all the panicing twitchers out there

I had my neuro exam yesterday, and believe me, even if you have a twitch that is 24/7 it doesn't mean a thing unless it is accompanied by the sort of muscle wastage that a dr can see (not your own idea of what looks a little odd) or the kind of weakness that the neuro can feel from lack of resistance. If it is not accompanied by altered reflexes then you are likely in the clear.

Get a neuro exam to put yourself out of your misery and then have it confirmed by an emg. The probability of it being ALS is remote in the extreme.

google BFS if you are still unsure and you will find all that twitches is not a fatal disease.
