Tongue tingling is not a classic or typical feature of multiple saclerosis, but is certainly not impossible to have with multiple sclerosis, which can cause numbness and tingling virtually anywhere in the body, although typically this is in much larger portions of the body than just the tongue. If the numbness spreads or progresses, especially in short period of time (hours to days), you should let your neurologist know, as s/he may wish to institute treatment for a presumptive exacerbation of your M.S.
