Took klonopin before I knew I was pregnant.

I am 3 weeks pregnant and took klonapin off and on in February, stopped for two weeks, got pregnant. Then once pregnant I took it .5 mg for a week for sleeping and anxiety. I didn't know I was pregnant until yesterday.
I am just freaking out - I am going to try to go tomorrow to get a blood test, but am not going to sleep until the doctor reassures me it's going to be OK. I stopped taking the med immediately, but am worried.
What are the occurrances of birth defects with this drug?
What amount of this drug can cause serious problems? Please any comments are welcome.
