Transforaminal epidural-cervical

I had a epidural on 4/30/09(C5,C6,C7) and have had a multitude of neurological symptoms ever since-cramping, spasms, twitching all over my body,dizziness, generalized weakness, numbness in my feet and bilat positional in my 4th-5th hand digits(into that side of palm), hand tremors with arm weakness and more. There is no documentation on this. I have had a full neurology work-up with still no dx.(next appt. 7/7/09) I had a post epidural MRI WITHOUT contrast only showing nerve root damage from my left arm radiculopathy. Should I have had contrast? I cannot accept a basket dx with no cause, or prognosis. I am asking all neurologists that if they have treated this to contact me immediately. I need networking to come to an answer. It has totally effected my quality of life.I want to be in a case study for potential patients of epidurals and help physicians understand more about this.. PLEASE HELP ME.
