Translate my MRI results into simple English please... :)

I received  MRI of  my brain results and  it says that it's essentially Normal, but in the results there  are  3  that  I question.  What do they mean? >> 1. Chronic Change: There are a few isolated punctate foci of hyperintense  T2/FLAIR signal within the dorsal pons which are nonspecific but favored  to represent the subtle sequela of remote insult.  2.  Vasculature: Major intracranial arterial structures, and dural venous sinuses show typical flow void, suggesting patency by spin echo criteria.           3.  Other note: There is a small mucus retention cyst within the inferior aspect of the right maxillary sinus. Mastoid air cells are clear.
