I would like to ask one more question Dr. Vinod that till how long and in what quantity (per day)creatine monohydrate can be taken for balancing the body or maintain the fitness? and which company's product is best.I don't know about the creatines and their good manufacture companies.
Is there any side effects of creatine since liver, pancreas and kidneys produce creatine naturally in our body and If we take creatine from outside then is there any harm to liver,pancreas and kidneys?

I have done the Checking of thyroids, Hearts, Diabetes and haemoglobin. All results are normal. Even I take milk and fruits everyday and Currently I am taking Vitamin B12 capsules. I am a vegetarian.
Actually Some yrs before I had been suffering from hypertension, anxiety and for this I took Heavy Biochemic Kali phos 30x and calcPhos 12 x. Once a day I saw that My hands was trembling and my heart beats got increases. After that I have been facing this problem since 2006. I have visited the neurologist.They all have prescribed me the treatment but none of treatment cured my diseases.

You have to check if your haemoglobin level is proper, check for your BMI and increase your fitness. Protein food in milk, eggs, meat, fish, lentils, beans, tofu, soyabean should be consumed with carbohydrate, required fat, minerals and vitamins.
If with time you will improve and if you still continue with the symptoms then you have to visit a neurologist/Psychiatrist for treatment of panic attacks/ anxiety disorders. Take care!
