Tremor and pulsation

My name is Marc I am 22. Past few months I have problem with tremor when I m moving my head, especially arms, legs etc. Its like mu muscles are shaking, first symptom i had like 10 months ago but i ignored, now i m getting worse.Tremor is high when i m doing something where muscles such as triceps, shoulder muscle are in "action". I started to have problem with my legs, weakness tremor in muscles etc. I m professional singer(opera) and I noticed that my lips and low eyelid are pulsating very hard when i am singing over 10minutes and i need to stop singing, cause its awfull and i feel dizzy., I also noticed like 3 days ago that i have that pulsation feeling in my legs, arms and jaw when i m in peace, not moving.. I m going tomorrow to see neurologist. Maybe this could be neurological problem or with nerves and muscles, mabe even circulatory system problem..I dont know.
I m asking You for some advice what i should do, what kind of tests, or what this could be? I understand that i wrote a lot of symptoms and that many thing can come across your mind, but feel free to write anything You may think that this could be..anything. Anything that may fit the symptoms.

Thank You very muc

Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with a doctor.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

There are many causes for a tremor. One type of tremor is called a physiological tremor (which all people have, but may be more pronounced in some). Things that make it more pronounced include fear, anxiety, fatigue, excitement, and drug use. Additionally, there are medical conditions such as hyperthyroidism that can exacerbate it.

I would recommend that you have basic laboratory work done (checking the chemistry of your blood) in addition to checking your thyroid (a test called TSH).

It would be beneficial for you to be evaluated by a neurologist to determine what type of tremor you do have. Various tremors have specific medical treatments.

Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions, I hope you find the information I have provided useful, good luck.
