Most likely you are having essential tremors as essential tremor can affect any part of body, trembling occurs most often in your hands.
Lifestyle changes like getting plenty of rest, avoiding stressful situations, stimulants such as caffeine help ease tremors. Avoid fatigue, anxiety, sleep deprivation and temperature extremes which will make tremors worse.
I don't know whether it is proper to call the sensation I am feeling down the outside of my left thigh a tremor. It is like a pulse /beat or tremor 6 inches up from my knee on the outside front of my thigh. It is not a movement of my leg or anything that can be seen. It can be felt, as well as it can be felt upon touching the area. It can get so strong of a pulsing that it generates sensation above and below the area. It is similiar to if you have a garden hose running with full pressure of water and you press upon the hose to block some of the flow making the hose pulsate & gurgle. This is becoming non stop upon rest. I have had a disc removal/ no fuse for l5/s1 12 years ago with chronic back pain & sciatica down right leg ever since. I am just lately experienceing beginnings of sciatic sensations & pain on my left back center thigh.
I get occassional twitching in my chin area and eyes but have never made a connection between the face twitching and my thigh tremor before. Please advise.
