Tremors

I am new to the forum.  I saw Mark Parsons post and the others in reference to Essential Tremors.  I have recently begun to have slight internal tremors in my neck.  I did some research on Aspartame and immediately went off Diet Sodas, No Sugar added foods and gum and mints.  I have consumed on average 2 diet sodas a day and maybe 12 pieces of gum for 20 years.  

I have been off around 3 weeks and I have gone through significant withdrawl symptoms.  I want everyone, including Mark, to Google Aspartame Withdrawl Symptoms or Aspartame Poisining and you will see the neurological damage it can do.  I wonder if you Mark, consume Diet Coke?  It is described as the taste that kills.  

I hope my withdrawl symptoms and tremors subside at some point in time.  They say you can have withdrawl for months after you stop consuming Aspartame products.  I hope to return to normal.
