I had a schwanoma tumor removed about 3 years ago. I later had radiationCystitis - noninfectious Radiation therapy as they were unable to remove all of the tumor. As a result of the radiationCystitis - noninfectious Radiation therapy, I have been told I have damage to the trigeminalTrigeminal neuralgianerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity. I do not have pain. In fact, the right side of my faceFace pain is partially numb. The main problem I have is an ulcer in the right nostrilNostril nasal decongestant. It does not heal. It is about an inch long and one half inch wide. It is gradually eating away my nose. The Dermatologist called it trigeminal trophic syndrome. It has been biopsied and no cancer or infections have been found. Treatment has been topical antibiotic cream. It has not helped. Any suggestions as to treatment or reccomendations as to other types of physicians would be greatly appreciated.
