Troubling Sx, tingling, tremors

Hi this is my first post in awhile but here goes...My name is James and I'm 22 years old and about two
months ago I started having an aching feeling in my fingers after work in both hands but more severe in the right,
I work in IT so I'm at the computer for about 8 hours a day. I didn't think much of it until a month later when the pain become more severe, sometimes when moving my index or middle finger on my right hand I would get a shock run up my finger and arm and my index finger would go numb for a few minutes and my hands seemed to be losing grip strength. I had this feeling occur once in my left hand as well.

So I decided to see my GP and she thought it might be carpal tunnel so I had an EMG done but they found no nerve damage and I was told that its either not carpal tunnel or its very mild. Regardless I started wearing wrist braces at work and while sleeping and this seemed to help a lot. I had a decent amount of stress and anxiety about this because I figured I'm only 22 and why am I having problems like this!

Over the nextt 3 weeks I've developed other troubling symptoms my left foot started to tingle, mainly in my 4th toe but now it seems to tingle at times in any spot in my foot and I have been having these spasms in my arms, legs, and neck where it feels like im flinching. At the same time I started having muscle twitches mainly in my thighs and buttocks. Over the next few weeks my the tingling in my foot has still been there but never really lasts
longer than a few seconds and the spasms in my arms seem to have subsided some as I don't have them as much but they are still present.

About a week ago my the fingers on both my hands seemed to have developed some tremors that seem most noticeable to me when holding my hand in front of me and extend a finger up above my other fingers as if im pointing, My fingers seem to tremor more when I do this...the tremor is noticeable sometimes when I'm working at the computer as well.

I'm seeing a neurologist tomorrow and will have an update then but I'd like to know if anyone has experienced any Sx like this and your opinions.

One other thing, when I had the EMG done I wasn't experiencing these tremors in my hands or at least they weren't noticable to me, would the EMG have picked up on them?

They gave me a copy of the images they took after the MRI was done, I'm not sure why they would tell me everything is fine if there was an no abnormality...but nonetheless I have the images in case symptoms persist and I need to consult other physicians.

Some of your symptoms seem similar to some of mine.  I would suggest if you don't get any answers, to obtain a copy of your MRI results and say you are taking them to another doctor - so that you don't have to pay for them.  Get them from where they were done at.  I have been told that my MRI's were normal and in turn I found out they were not.  I had to go to a new doctor.  I wish you luck and hope things get better for you.  I am sure my symptoms are not anxiety induced, but anxiety will make mine worse.

Hi I've got an update. I saw a neurologist last week and he had me do various physical tests. The only thing he said he noticed was the tremors in my hands, he said that it was an essential tremor. He ordered an MRI to investigate more which I had done the next day.

While getting the MRI done I asked what the power of the machine was and the nurse told me it was a 1.5 Tesla and the images were taken in 3mm slices. The results for the MRI came back negative, nothing was found wrong. Now hes ordered some blood tests to be done in which I've yet to get done.

Another Sx I started to have was this popping or clicking feeling inside my upper left thigh or knee area, its a very strange sensation and has only happened while I've been laying down.

Any suggestions? Could some of this be anxiety induced?
