Twitches

by lizzzyy, Dec 15, 2007 10:35AM
In the past few months I began to notice twitches thoughout my body, it was my freinds who notices first. The twitches are all over the body from my feet legs arms, shoulders, neck...  they are quite subtle and i notice them most say when laying in bed still. I am not certain but have reason to believe they are caused by stress. Any ideas?

Hello.

Such twitches are known to be caused by stress. But you should be more careful and not ignore any other cause. Please see a physician and rule out any other cause behind it.

Regards
