Twitching, Ear Popping question

I have been twitching all over for 5 years now, on and off.  not to bad.  Started in my thumb area, went online got freaked over ALS.  Obviously after 5 years it's not a bad thing.

recently I have developed an ear popping on and off.  I thought it could be dirt or wax but maybe not.  When I lay on the ear it tends to be less but when I lay the other way it goes crazy, so maybe that is dirt moving around.

Just curious if twitching and ear popping are related.

and if Vitamin deficiencies could be a cause.
I have been on a low carb diet for 9 weeks..lost 30 lbs and feel great, I love this way of eating/living.  But maybe my nutrition has dropped.
