Twitching and Palpatations

Hello, Well a little over a year ago is when my symptoms started to set in, it began with palpitations which have gotten worse over time, several weeks later i began having panic attacks for about 6 straight months. About 3 months into the panic attacks i began having muscle twitches in my left leg which gradually spread throughout my entire body. When the panic attacks ended i began not feeling anything... i was a complete zombie I feel no emotions whatsoever. It's torture not being able to feel for things. Now the muscle twitches have spread throughout my ENTIRE body and are very frequent. My palpitations have gotten much worse. But i must say the worst symptoms of this is the Brain fog and not being able to feel. Whenever i attempt to feel for something i end up feeling confused which then leads to frustration, I have become very irritable due to this symptom. Im only 16 and my parents assume that im lying to get out of school. I've been to so many doctors but they quickly dismiss anything i say, they say "your perfectly healthy" but I feel terrible all the time. I dont know if this is Lyme Disease, the only reason i think it may be Lyme is because i had one on me a year ago while I was walking my dog in tall grass. I have been tested for Lyme disease (blood test) and it came back negative. Again im sick of feeling like this, and im in dire need of help because this is torture. Any suggestions on what to do or what this maybe?
