Twitching in my Face!

Twitching in my Face!

Hey. I hate how I always get random twitches in my face. It mostly happens near my lips and cheeks, and when I'm talking or laughing. The best time it twitches is after I'm done smiling like for a picture. To mention also, my jaw and neck area is tense and whenever I open my mouth I hear a click on my right cheek area. It doesn't hurt there just feels tense. Is there anyone else with this annoying twitching in the face. Have you dealt with it, I would really like to know how to get rid of this.

Twitches, tics, tremors, muscle problems, TMJ, etc. can be caused by a magnesium deficiency.  Magnesium is essential to proper muscle and nerve function.

Some of the safer and more effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (latter can be laxitative, so take with food).
