i have had constant vigorous twitching in my right arm for 4 days. Ive been working more then usual out of the state and I have been a little anxious to get home. Is this serious?

Hi there . The causes of twitching are anxiety, exercise when people are doing extensive weight lifting, fatigue, caffeine, magnesium and calcium deficiency, B6 B12 deficiency, electrolyte imbalance, side effects of corticosteroids and estrogens. Try to eliminate these possible causes and you would get relief. if this doesn’t help, you must consult a neurologist. Take care.
