Twitching in the gums area

I noticed my mouth keeps twitching, (all over the gums). It is not noticeable but i still feel it in my mouth.  My doc said it should go away with time.  My blood work was negative however he told me to take Vitamin D 1000 units (one per day).  Any suggestions guys? It has been 7 days since I've been experiencing non stop, day and night twitching.

it could be the vitamin deficiency, since his doctor did indicate to take pills.

Hi!
The symptoms could be due to allergy to something you are eating or to vitamin B12 deficiency or iron deficiency or due to an infected tooth (caries). Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
