Twitching in toes

by popcornn, Feb 01, 2007 12:00AM
I have a constant twitching in my toes; my ring finger and pink toe on my left foot. It's been twitching since June. I try massaging it and moving it around but it hasnt gone away. It doesnt hurt...it's just annoying, lol. Anyone have this or know what to do?

I will definately check into that. I also have constant headaches, but it's usually around when I get my period. Very rarely I will feel twitching and numb tingley feelings in my head...I do get spasms a lot but I've had spasms since I was young.
