Twitching of head and eyes

Hi thanks for Cooperating

Yes she twitchs and this started after trauma

her eyes twitch even when she is awake

and she wakes up craying every day and any time she sleeps

her groth is good ,. she can talk well and understand ,. but she crys alot

But she twitch more when she get fever,.even she doesnt have control of her hand and twitch TOO MUCH which cause her cannot sit means her body twitch and she fell down even when she sit but when she is fever

it is one side or two sides of head?
