Twitching of left eyelid

My left eyelid has been twitching for quite some time.  At one point, I correlated it to sinus issues but those issues have been reduced and the twitching is still persistent.  I have no other symptoms other than the twitching and the eyelid is mildly sensitive to touch at times.

Hello zingdoggie,
The twitching may be occasional.. An electromyograph test is desirable to assess your condition better.
Do you also have altered sensations, fatigue, muscle cramps and exercise intolerance?
You should consult a neurologist and evaluate the cause.
