I am 36 years old and just began having uncontrollable twitching in my toes on both feet. I haven't had any surgeries and don't know what would cause this to suddenly begin happening. After reading many of the questions/responses on this site it sounds like twitching is very normalNormal saline flush. How do you deal with it when it's non-stop and causing difficulty sleeping???? Is there anything that can help?
Fatigue, overexertion can result in twitching of toes. Peripheral neuropathy can also cause twitching of toes. I would suggest you to massage your feet, soak them in warm salty water and see if you feel any better. I would also suggest you to schedule an appointment for your clinician. Keep us posted.
