Twitching toes?

For the past week my small toes have been twitching on my right foot! This is really starting to concerne me. It started random one night, and it has been happening ever since. It does not happen while I am in motion or doing an activity, but when I am sitting still or standing still, it happens. It feels almost like a "pulse" beating under my toes, and when I look at them they are moving ! When I concentrate, I can make it stop, but otherwise it keeps on going. I am 18 years old, soon 19, and this is starting to bother me! My mother says it probably is nothing, but I am concerned, and I am moving to college now, so visiting a doctor won't be possible for the next week. Can anyone help me ? :(
