UNCONTROLLABLE movements, twitches

For as long as i can remember ive been having these sudden twitches, most of the time i feel it happens. I guess its from my older brother always scaring me for as long as i can remember. Eventualy around the age of 12(currently age 16) i was walking then i felt paralyzed and fell. I thought it was just weird so i ignored it. Meanwhile as the years pass by till now its been happening alot more often to the point whenever i want to stand up or try to use any muscle in my body. My hands, arms, legs, toes, back, and face become very stiff as if i was flexing my muscles but it happens without my effort. Even when i have mixed such as being nervous these uncontrollable actions happen. I cannot say what number of times this happens a day but it happens everytime i want to stand up from sitting, laying or from a postion that i am just relaxing it happens. Having these uncontrollable movements made me feel so embaressed due to the uncontrollable face muscles that i got kicked out of my highschool because i stoped showing up due to all the embaressment. Im now at the point of feeling that ive lost controll of my life.
