URGENT PLEASE ANSWER. Interesting One! Many thanks

Hello,
So for the past half a year or so I had varied levels
of anxiety whilst starting University, which I have learnt
to cope with actually surprisingly well, and it has since stopped
to the point where I feel 95% of the time normal again.

I had health anxiety with Heart Palpitations starting it off. Which
later developed into (what I still feel is real today) a numb left face.
It was always the left hand side, varying from my left gland area, cheek
temple and left part of my eye socket.

This went away for a little bit, however after this happened I started to feel dizzy
and found out that I had developed a slightly impaired vision in my left eye.
(To which I KNOW was related to whatever happened)
As previously I had 20/20 vision. And still do in my right eye.

Anyway. A month went by with nothing and this numb tingling sensation is back.
I have no anxiety but this feeling seems to persist.

To better describe the feeling, it's like someone's faintly touching just to the left of my left eye socket. It doesn't appear to feel numb yet, but this is just how the previous issue started. I saw a doctor when my face was at it's numbest as I was actually pretty understandably freaked out, but they couldn't produce an explanation!

I had been drinking a fair bit of alcohol at uni and I think this could be the cause, however I have not drunk for a while and it has just come back.

If anyone could shed any light on this situation I would be to the upmost appreciative.

Thank you for reading, and I look forward to anyone's response.
