URGENT-pulsating/throbbing/heartbeat in ears + feet

Im 28 and have pulsating/throbbing/heartbeat in ears.it can sometimes be my left ear and sometimes my right.As it happens i feel a fullness sensation in my ear which make s everything sound muffled.
Im healthy weight,dont smoke,drink and dont have high blood pressure,normal heartrate,good diet etc.
I also get nausea with this sometimes and i also have very strong pulsating/throbbing/numbness under my feet in the arteries-the same sensation that is in my ear/brain.
This is very strong and disturbs my sleep.
The only tests that ive had which showed anything were mild thickening of the carotid arteries with a mall hypoechoic plaque and moderate hypometabolism of both temporal lobes on a PET scan.
Can you please tell me possibilities of what cause be causing these symptoms.

I'm not a doctor, but I am searching for answers just like you.  I have had the same things in my ears and my Doctor has diagnosed it as pulsatile tinnitus.  Check it out on the internet.  It will explain it more.  Also have you seen an ENT Doctor.  Sounds closely related to middle ear infection or pulsatile tinnitus.

This is a symptom that should be checked out by a doctor.  It's called pulsatile tinnitus and has many possible causes. I'm not a doctor, but I suffer from pulsatile tinnitus, too.  Some causes are difficult to find and treat, but don't give up! Do an online search for "whooshers" for more information.  Also, there are tips there from other "whooshers" about how to deal with the annoying heartbeat sound.  Good luck
