Undiagnosed Metabolic? and Dystonia 4 year old

My child is nearly 4. She has had genetic testing and CT & MRI Scan. Scan presents Metabolic disorder in the putamen, Con. said the scan is quite bad. Blood results are not showing anything? she has Dystonia in right hand and right leg, had this for 12 months, it has not generalised. Could the MRI be mimicking anthing else? Could this brain damage be from her birth? she did have failing heartbeat, could it be HIE? I am desperate to find out what is wrong with my child, as no more investigations will now follow. She has also had oral thrush basically from birth, no treatment has managed to clear it and has had immune system blood tests - all ok. She does have feeding problems, chokes on anything a normal 4 year can eat, but can manage very small amounts of food mashed up. Please help???????????
